Glenas Bertram was born December 23, 1959 and departed this life Thursday, June 17, 2021 reaching the age of 61 years. She was the daughter of the late Freeman Pete and Nellie Gray (Chriswell) Dishman.

She married Billy Bertram on November 23, 1974; they were married for 47 years.

She is survived by: her husband, Billy Bertram; one daughter, Heather (J.T.) Dodd; sons, Gary (Jennifer), Chris (Brandi Huffaker), Jimmy (Brandi), and Travis Bertram; grandchildren, Josh, Emily (Austin), Cassie, Tye, Keely (Trevor), Brody, Liam, Hadley, and John; and great grandchild, Maggie.

She is also survived by: brothers, Sterlie and Ernest Dishman; and sister, Patsy King; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, Freeman and Nellie Dishman, she was preceded in death by: an infant son; brothers, Carl, Ervin, Harold B, Jessie and Cecil "Ralph" Dishman; and two sisters, Omie Hancock and Lillie Mae Harmon.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 20, 2021 between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Monday, June 21, 2021 at 11 am at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Dishman Cemetery.
