Obituary
Gladys Denney was born April 6, 1927 and departed this life Sunday, January 24, 2010 reaching the age of 82 years. She was the daughter of the late Harrison and Minnie (Brown) Bowlin.
She is survived by: 2 daughters, Cathy Thompson and Elaine Gordon; 3 grandchildren, Ian Thompson, Cornelia and Antonia Gordon; and 1 great grandchild, Isabella Thompson. She is also survived by: 1 sister, Louise Criswell; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
In addition to her parents, Harrison and Minnie Bowlin, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Boyd Denney; 2 brothers, Mitchell and Guy Bowlin; and 2 infant siblings.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation: Tuesday, January 26th between 5 - 7 pm
Funeral Service: Wednesday, January 27th at 11 am
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
