Gerald A. "Jerry" Gregory, Sr. was born October 13, 1951, and went to be with the Lord on August 20, 2024. He was the son of the late John Wintford and Annabelle (Winchester) Gregory.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra Gregory; one son, Allen Gregory; two daughters, Stephanie Jo Gregory and Shandra Janee` Gregory; grandchildren, Jessica Gregory, Gerald W. Gregory (Heather), Shelby Gregory, Slade Gregory, and Simon Gregory. He is also survived by: one brother, John Gregory (Audrey); and one sister, Barbara Pendleton (James); aunts, Wilma Jean Bloemker and Helen Ross; many nieces and nephews, and cousins who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one great grandchild, Shawn Owen Gregory; and one nephew, Richard Pendleton.

He was of the Baptist faith, holding the position of deacon for several years until his health would no longer allow.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Friday, August 23, 2024, between 1 pm – 4 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Friday, August 23, 2024, at 4 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel.
