George Watson was born July 3, 1957 and departed this life Friday, March 8, 2013 reaching the age of 55. He was the son of Christine (Pennycuff) Brown and the late Sylvester Watson.

He is survived by: his mother and step father, Christine and Mike Brown; and 1 brother, Dennis Watson; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by: his father, Sylvester Watson; and 1 sister, Amy Watson.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 16, 2013 from 10 am – 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home with Bro. Dewey Burks officiating. Burial will be in Tuttle's Chapel Cemetery.
