Geneva Guinn was born February 3, 1922 and departed this life Saturday, December 15, 2018 reaching the age of 96 years. She was the daughter of the late Zola and Lota (Fox) McKinley.

She married Luther Guinn and to this union 4 children were born.

She is survived by: 2 daughters, Brenda Guinn and Wanda Guinn; 1 son, Dennis Guinn; 3 Grandchildren, Lucas, Dennis Spencer and Kimber Lenore Guinn; 2 Great-Grandchildren, Ella Jane Guinn and Kayla McKinley Guinn; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by: 1 son, Gene Guinn; 2 Brothers, Lozier and Raymond McKinley; 3 Sisters, Lexie McKinley, Katherine Greene and Tina(y) Higginbotham.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 after 5 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to: Gideon Bible Memorial Fund.
