Geneva Alley was born July 2, 1932 and departed this life Wednesday, October 16, 2019 reaching the age of 87 years. She was the daughter of the late Sam and Minerva (Russell) Alley.

She is survived by: two sisters, Margie Alley of Monticello, KY and Marie Shake of Florida; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, Sam and Minerva Alley, she was preceded in death by: three brothers, Charles "Charlie" Alley, Oscar "Tom" Alley, and Kenneth Alley; and one sister in infancy, Mary Leta Alley.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Old Charity Church Cemetery.
