GENERAL LEWIS was born February 18, 1936 and departed this life December 2, 2004 reaching the age of 68 years. He was the son of Charlie Lewis and Essie Roberts Lewis.

He is survived by one brother, David Lewis; one sister, Wilma Dishman, both of Monticello, KY; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Essie Roberts, five sisters-Lillie Bell, Flora, Clora and Roma Lewis and four brothers-Gilbert, Hershel, Arnie and Ray Lewis.

General started working at an early age doing farm work, sawmill work and construction work for Dallas Dean Construction for the last 30 years.

He was a loving brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
