Gayla Keith was born December 17, 1982 and departed this life Thursday, September 17, 2020 reaching the age of 37 years. She was the daughter of Joseph Lee and Bertie Mae (Pitman) Turpin.

In addition to her parents, Joe and Bertie Turpin, she is survived by: her husband, John Bush; two daughters, Carly Cummings and Quinn Keith; and brother, Glenn (Melissa) Turpin; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 24, 2020 between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Friday, September 25, 2020 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation and upon recommendations from the Governor's Office for Funeral Homes, there will be some restrictions for service attendance. You are asked to please wear a mask or facial covering and observe the social distancing guidelines. No communal food or drinks are allowed at this time.
