Gary Bruce Kendall was born June 5, 1944 and departed this life Saturday, February 8, 2020 reaching the age of 75 years. He was the son of the late Arlie Taylor and Norma (Willis) Kendall.

He married Terrie Kendall and to this union 1 child was born.

He is survived by: his wife, Terrie Kendall; and 2 sisters, Carolyn Kendall of Indianapolis, Indiana and Kay Witham of Wilkinson, Indiana; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: 1 daughter, Shannon Dawn Kendall; 4 brothers, Charlie, Steven & Buddy Kendall with 1 who died in infancy; and 1 sister, Marilyn Sue Kendall.

He was a loving husband, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 10, 2020 from 5 until 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.  (Military honors will be performed by our local DAV Chapter 105.)
