Obituary
Fred Dewey McClendon was born June 13, 1944 and departed this life August 10, 2004 reaching the age of 60 years. He was the son of Dewey McClendon and Ailene Burns McClendon.
He was united in marriage to Barbara Brown and to this union 2 children were born.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara McClendon; two sons, Mark (Carisa) McClendon of Monticello, KY and Thomas "Tommy" McClendon of Danville, KY; one sister, Betty Jo Phelps of Somerset, KY; and three grandchildren, Bethany, Dakota, and Jordan McClendon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Ailene McClendon.
He was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation: Wednesday, August 11 after 5 PM
Funeral Service: Thursday, August 12 at 1 PM
Interment: Taylor's Grove Cemetery
