Obituary
Fred Denney was born November 25, 1927 and departed this life Sunday, August 18, 2013 reaching the age of 87. He was the son of the late Obie and Gertie (Hancock) Denney.
He is survived by: 2 brothers, Norman and Thomas Denney; 1 sister, Ina Hillman; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
In addition to his parents, Obie and Gertie Denney, he was preceded in death by: 2 brothers, Clarence and Clyde Denney; and 1 sister, Ila Stamps.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 from 6 – 9 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at 10 am at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home with Bro. Earnest Mann officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
