Obituary
Fred Norman Brown was born December 31, 1938 and departed this life Saturday, January 31, 2015 reaching the age of 76 years. He was the son of the late Hazel Curtis and Vera (Dolen) Brown.
He married Joann Perkins and to this union two children were born.
He is survived by: his wife, Joann Brown; one daughter, Tammy Laws; five grandchildren, Jessica Tucker, Megan Thompson, Macy Laws, Joshua Brown, and Maddie Laws; and two great grandchildren, Hayden and Kinseley Shearer. He is also survived by: one sister, Billie Ann Ballou; and one niece, Kimberly Simons; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
In addition to his parents, Hazel and Vera Brown, he was preceded in death by: one son, William Todd Brown.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 after 11 am in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to: Sandusky Cemetery Fund
