Obituary
Frank Lyle Coffey, Sr. was born August 9, 1942 and departed this life Tuesday, November 17, 2009 reaching the age of 67 years. He was the son of the late Elijah Sherman and Dorothy (Choate) Coffey.
He is survived by: his wife, Betty Sue Coffey of Monticello, KY; 1 son, Frank (Christy) Coffey, Jr. of Lexington, KY; 1 daughter, Kim (Richard) Gaskin of Somerset, KY; and 4 grandchildren, Dylan and Madison Gaskin, Quinn and Griffin Coffey. He is also survived by: 2 brothers, Shelby (and companion Norma) Coffey of Muncie, IN and Mack (Diana) Coffey of Monticello, KY; 2 sisters, Jane (Jack) Dickson of New Castle, IN and Mary (Bob) Richards of Frankfort, IN; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Elijah and Dorothy Coffey; and 1 brother, Kenny Coffey.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation: Friday, November 20th after 5 pm
Funeral Service: Saturday, November 21st at 1 pm
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
