Frank A. Hopper was born February 1, 1934, and departed this life Tuesday, November 13, 2024, reaching the age of 90 years. He was the son of the late James B. "J.B." Hopper and Lelia (Bell) Hopper.

He is survived by: his wife of 67 years, Anita Hopper; one son, Allan Hopper (Maria); one daughter, Amy Thompson; seven grandchildren, Alayna Thompson, Ryan Hopper, Kyle Hopper, Monica Guffey, Robert Corder, Raeann Corder, and Ryan Corder; and seven great grandchildren, Ibram Hopper, Sayla Guffey, Jericho Hopper, Amari Hopper, Caius Hopper, Embry Guffey, and Ezra Hopper. He is also survived by:  one brother, Billy Hopper; and one sister, Joann Burton; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, J.B. and Lelia Hopper, he was preceded in death by: one granddaughter, Sara Grace Thompson; one brother, Norman Hopper; and two sisters, Betty Stokes and Irene Horton.

Frank was an Army Veteran who served his country proudly.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 17, 2024, between 2 pm – 4 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Sunday, November 17, 2024, at 4 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel.
