Obituary
FRANCES ELLEN NEAL, was born July 24, 1930, and departed this life Satruday, November 3rd, 2007, reaching the age of 77 years. She was the daughter of the late Oscar Phillips and Delila Hodges Phillips.
She was married to Arlin Neal and to this union six children were born.
She is survived by: her husband, Arlin Neal; three sons, Wayne Arlin, Ronald Glen, and Randall Isaac Neal; three daughters, Carolyn Gail Matthews, Sandra Kaye Morgan, and Victoria Lynn Raines; and one sister Pansy Mae Baker. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, relative, and friend that will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation: Tuesday, November 6th, 2007 after 5pm in the funeral home chapel.
Funeral Service: Wednesday, November 7th, 2007 at 10am in the funeral home chapel.
Interment: Cabell Grove Cemetery
