Frances Jewel “Frankie” Hoskins was born January 4, 1957, and departed this life Thursday, April 16, 2026, reaching the age of 69 years. She was the daughter of (the late) Willie Lester and Eva Marie (Huckaby) Daniels.

She is survived by, her children, Rhonda Ford (husband, Daniel), Adam Hoskins (wife, Elaine), Holly Mansfield (husband, Gene), and Tim Hoskins (wife, Ann); eleven grandchildren: Heather (husband, Josh) Azbill, Morgan Mansfield, Haley Hoskins (Zack Cogdill), Daniel Hoskins (wife, Sierra), Charles Ford, Nathan Mansfield, Connar Hoskins, Addisyn Sweet, Siarra Hoskins, Kevin Hoskins, and Sheyane Bingham; six great-grandchildren, Emily & Adyn Brummet, Oliver & Weston Hoskins, and Josh & Emma Lawson; sister-in-law, Shirley Daniels; along with a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Kevin Hoskins; four grandchildren; Christopher, Travis, and Ashley Mansfield, and Hannah Hoskins; two great-grandsons; one sister, Carolyn Susie “Sue” Shelton; and six brothers, Willie Thomas “Tommy” Daniels, Homer “Rudy” Daniels, Ricky Daniels, Campbell Paul Daniels, Darrell Huey “Mutty” Daniels, & Charles Dale Daniels.

She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, relative, and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Monday, April 20, 2026, between 10 am and 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Davis Chapel Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Frances Hoskins Memorial Fund, c/o Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home.
