Obituary
FRANCES LEE BELL was born July 17, 1932 and departed this life June 21, 2005 reaching the age of 73 years. She was the daughter of Ernest Dibrell Bertram and Edith Lee Bertram.
She is survived by her husband, Dick Bell of Monticello, KY; two daughters, Diana Walker and Tammy Wray of Monticello, KY; one son, Paul Walker of Monticello, KY; five grandchildren and one great grandchild. She is also survived by two brothers, Richard Bertram of Florida and Steven Bertram of Illinois; and one sister, Connie Peach of Mt. Carmel, IL; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Edith Bertram.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation: Thursday, June 23rd between the hours of 5 - 9 pm, and Friday, June 24 after 8 am
Funeral Service: Friday, June 24th at 2 pm
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
