Obituary
FLORA BURK was born March 13, 1904 and departed this life January 27, 2004 reaching the age of 99 years. She was the daughter of John P. Brown and Amy Herietta Heath Brown.
She was united in marriage to Francis Marion Burk and to this union four children were born.
She is survived by three daughters, Edna Burke, Blanche Muse, and Frances Ramsey; one sister, Mae Spessard; 12 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Burk; her parents, John and Amy Brown; one daughter, Mabel Smith; five brothers, Willie, Clay, Jess, Ed, Floate Brown; four sisters, Vannie Brown, Lucy Brown, Millie Coomer, and Lillie Downs.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation: Thursday, January 29 after 5 PM in the funeral home chapel. Friday between the hours of 9 - 11 AM at the Oak Grove Baptist Church

Interment: Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery
