Flonnie "Louise" Foster was born July 8, 1924 and departed this life Tuesday, January 18, 2022 reaching the age of 97 years. She was the daughter of the late General and Gertie (Wallace) Dennis.

She married Odell Foster on December 2 ^nd , 1944 and to this union five children were born.

Louise is survived by: one daughter, Lyla (Darrell) Tucker; one son, Johnny Foster; 20 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Odell Foster; two sons, Eddie K and Freddie Foster; and one daughter, Wanda Evans; three sisters, Hylee Sweet, Carrie Turner, and Flonzie Dennis; and four brothers, William Howard "Mutt", General Lee "Snooks", Robert Lee, and George Lewallan Dennis; and two grandsons, Johnny Baer and Jerry Atkinson.

The family will receive friends on Monday, January 24, 2022 between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Monday, January 24, 2022 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Grant Roberts Cemetery.
