Obituary
Flonnie Piercy Denney was born April 23rd, 1911 in Wayne County, Kentucky and departed this life Thursday, March 19th, 2003, reaching the age of 91 years. She was the daughter of Millard Piercy and Kate Bridgeman Piercy.
She was united in marriage to Roscoe Denney and to this union one child was born.
She is survived by one son-Lyle Denney of Monticello, KY, two grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister-Jean Denney of New Castle, IN, along with several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Roscoe, three brothers-Casto, Oral and Gordon Piercy and three sisters-Allie Piercy, Myrtie Dalton and Eva Dishman.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation: The family will receive friends after 5 PM on Friday, March 21st, 2003 in the chapel.
Funeral Service: The funeral service will be Saturday, March 22nd at 10 AM at the Taylor's Grove Baptist Church.
Interment: Burial will follow in the Taylor's Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
