Everett "Butch" Garner was born June 8, 1952 and departed this life Sunday, January 16, 2022 reaching the age of 69 years. He was the son of the late Raymond and Edith Lucille (Snow) Garner.

He is survived by: four brothers, Jesse, Gary, Charlie, and Randy Garner; four sisters, Mary Doris Decker, Marjorie Barnes, Sandra Hunter, and Dorothy Raines; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Raymond and Edith Garner, he was preceded in death by: his brothers, John, Bruce, and Keith Garner.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 20, 2022 between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 20, 2022 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Cabell Grove Cemetery.
