Eva Stinson Parmley, 86, of Georgetown, Ky., formerly of Wayne Co., Ky., died Nov.26, after a long illness. The daughter of the late Rev. R.O. Stinson and Hattie Frost Stinson of Hidalgo, Ky., she married the late James Parmley on Jan. 10, 1947, and is survived by a daughter, Virginia (Jerome) Redfearn, two granddaughters, Marjorie (Dario) Cabianca and Martha (Cam) Johnson, six great grandchildren, Mackenzie Redfearn, Riley Brady, Cam Johnson, Annabelle Johnson, Joseph
Cabianca and Samuele Cabianca, all of Georgetown, Ky.
She is also survived by a brother, Robert Lee Stinson of Hidalgo, Edna (George) Halcomb, Versailles, Indiana, along with many loved nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Parmley was born January 13, 1930, and lived most of her life in the Hidalgo Community where she was a faithful member of the Taylor's Grove Baptist Church, and taught a Sunday School Class for many years.
Visitation on Wednesday, Nov. 30, 1-3 at Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home, Monticello, followed by a funeral service at Taylor's Grove Baptist Church at Hidalgo. The family requests that in
lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy be made to Taylor's
Grove Baptist Church.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Taylors Grove Church.
