Eva Nadine Jones Keeton, was born October 11, 1954 and departed this life Wednesday, June 16, 2010 reaching the age of 55. She was the daughter of Wilburn and Lillian (Chriswell) Jones.

She is survived by: her husband, Jerry Dale Keeton; 1 daughter, Emily Elizabeth Keeton; 1 sister, Debra June Jones Dobbs; brother-in-law, Gary Dobbs; 1 niece, Tabethia Dobbs French; and 3 great nieces, Hailey, Hannah, and Gracie Gregory; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

She was preceded in death by: her grandparents, Harrison and Lizzie (Crabtree) Jones and Goldman and Ethel (Carrender) Chriswell.

She was a member of the Monticello United Methodist Church. Nadine worked for the Monticello Electric Plant Board for 27 years and retired in December 2007.

She was blessed to have many living and kind family members and friends to help during her illness. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 18, 2010 from 5 – 9 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 19, 2010 at 11 am at the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home with Bro. Seth Denney and Bro. Danny Bell officiating. Burial will be in Elk Spring Cemetery.
