Erasmus "Raz" Morgan was born October 25, 1929 and departed this life Monday, March 25, 2013 reaching the age of 83. He was the son of the late Elmer and Mary Morgan.

He is survived by: his wife, Emma (Baker) Morgan of Monticello, KY; 1 daughter, Myra (Ralph) Bowser of Dayton, OH; 1 son, Rich (Teri) Morgan of Mansfield, OH; 3 grandchildren, Gary Morgan, Randi Bowman, and Danielle Morgan; and 3 great grandchildren, Camden and Reid Morgan, and Rhett Bowman. He is also survived by Gene and Robert "Bob" Hoskins, considered as brothers; many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Elmer and Mary Morgan, he was preceded in death by: 3 brothers, Jeffrey, Junior, and Victor Morgan; and 2 sisters, Pearl Jones and Hilda Cartier.

The family will receive friends on Friday, March 29, 2013 from 5 – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 30, 2013 at 12 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home with Bro. Bob Jones officiating. Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens in Somerset, KY. Military honors will be performed by DAV Chapter 105.
