Ena Ruth Houchens was born August 25, 1919 and departed this life Tuesday, December 29, 2009 reaching the age of 90 years. She was the daughter of the late Omer and Ollie (Morris) Davis.

She is survived by: 3 daughters, Wilma Van Laningham, Hazel Young and Sharon Huffaker; 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. She is also survived by: 2 brothers, Freddie and Frankie Davis; and 2 sisters, Margie Nickelson and Jean Parmley; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, Omer and Ollie Davis, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Frank Houchens, 3 brothers, Parker, Elbert, and Jack Davis; and 1 sister, Antha Stack.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
