ELSIE RIGNEY was born November 20, 1920 and departed this life August 2, 2004 reaching the age of 83 years. She was the daughter of Herbert Raines and Audrey Crabtree Raines.

She was united in marriage to Perry Rigney and to this union two children were born.

She is survived by: one daughter, Barbara Koger of Monticello; one son, Bobby Blevins of Monticello; two sisters, Edith Fairchild and Thelma Bertram both of Monticello; and four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Perry Rigney; her parents, Herbert and Audrey Raines; three brothers, Guy, Ray, and Beecher Raines; and one grandchild.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her
