Obituary
ELSIE MAE BROWN was born May 23, 1909 and departed this life April 11, 2007 reaching the age of 97 years. She was the daughter of the late Conn B. Rains and Linnie Carter Rains.
She married Leslie "Jack" Brown and to this union two children were born.
She is survived by: Bobby Lee Brown of Apple Tree Park in Monticello, KY; four grandchildren, Michael Roberts, Jack Roberts, Pamela Tucker, Bobby Lee Brown, Jr.; ten great grandchildren; and nine great-great grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Conn and Linnie Rains; her husband, Jack Brown; one daughter, June Roberts; two brothers, Estil and Everett Rains; and two sisters, Anna Patton and Ella Rains.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation: Friday, April 13th after 4:30 pm
Funeral Service: Saturday, April 14th at 2 pm
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
