Elizabeth Welden was born June 20, 1945 and departed this life Sunday, May 15, 2022 reaching the age of 76 years. She was the daughter of the late Ed and Pearl "Butler" Buie.

She is survived by: two daughters, Karla Dobbins and Karen Kay Dishman (Josh Ellis); three grandchildren, Sarah Dishman, Daniel Dishman, and Kevin Dishman; and six great grandchildren, Haley McCoy, Kala McCoy, Katie McCoy, Chandler Dishman, Kayden Dishman and Danielle Dishman. She is also survived by: two sisters, Kay Cope and Judy Dillon; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, Ed and Pearl Buie, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Dale Dobbins; one daughter, Pauline Willoughby; one grandson, Jason Dishman; and one sister, Marcia Chesnut.

She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
