Obituary
EFFIE LOUSE BELL GREGORY, was born December 16, 1913 and departed this life August 7, 2003 reaching the age of 89 years. She was the daughter of the late Bertie Bell and Lula Mae Cox Bell.
She was united in marriage to Roy Tennis Gregory and to this union 8 children were born.
She is survived by 4 sons: Roland, Ray, Jimmy, and Bobby Gregory of Monticello, 3 daughters: Lucy Mae Alexander of Hagerstown, IN, Anne Neal and Audrey Brown of Monticello, 2 sisters: Betty Crone and Eva Keeton of Monticello, 10 grandchildren, 14 grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends who mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Roy and 1 daughter – Carolyn Sue Gregory.
She was the oldest living member of the First Church of Nazarene and was a retired Sunday school teacher.
She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation: Family will recieve friends Saturday, August 9 after 4:00 P.M.
Funeral Service: Sunday, August 10 at 2:30 P.M.
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
