Obituary
Edwina Campbell Gibson, age 86, formerly of Monticello, widow of Joseph Brook Gibson, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at the Somerwoods Nursing and Rehab Center in Somerset, KY.
Survivors include: 2 sons, Joseph "Joe" B. (wife Karen) Gibson of Monticello and Dr. Dana (wife Thalia) Gibson of Somerset. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, Shelley Gibson, Kim Gibson Rogers, and Nicholas Gibson.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 12, 2013 from 5-8pm and again on Friday from 11am until 1pm in the funeral home chapel. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1pm in the chapel of the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
The family of Edwina Campbell Gibson ask that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Mountain View Baptist Camp.
The Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
