Edwin Merrell "Eddie" Borden was born April 12, 1973 and departed this life Tuesday, September 22, 2009 reaching the age of 36 years. He was the son of Edwin M. Borden, Sr. and Rhonda Lloyd Carroll.

He is survived by: 3 children: Christian Randolph, Chance Carrender, and Steven Borden, his mother Rhonda Carroll, his father, Edwin Borden, Sr., and 2 sisters, Angela Patrick and Betty Hale. He is also survived by: nephews, Michael Borden, Samuel Jenkins, Jr., Parker Jenkins and Lucas Hale; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by: his step-father, Gary L. Caroll.

He was a loving father, son, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
