Edward Glen Lashley was born February 6, 1966 and departed this life Tuesday, May 25, 2021 reaching the age of 55 years. He was the son of the late Jack and Anna Louise Lashley.

He is survived by:  his wife, Donna Lashley; daughters, Latisha (Johnny) Stephenson, Krista Gregory, and Jennifer (Lance) Dobbs; six grandchildren, Mason Dobbs, Taylor Sartain, Braelyn Gregory, Chance Leveridge, Corbin Dobbs, and Austin Dobbs. He is also survived by his sister, Brenda (Eddie) Smith; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Jack and Anna Lashley, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Drake Sartain.

The family will receive friends on Friday, May 28, 2021 between 11 am – 12 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Friday, May 28, 2021 at 12 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Bud Gregory Cemetery.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation and upon recommendations from the Governor's Office for Funeral Homes, there will be some restrictions for service attendance. As of Friday, May 14, 2021, masks are NOT REQUIRED for those individuals (employees/attendees) who have been fully vaccinated, at least fourteen (14) days prior to a final dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
