EDWARD LEE FLACH was born November 20, 1948 and departed this life December 24, 2005 reaching the age of 57 years. He was the son of the late ____________ and Mary Clark Flach.
He was united in marriage to Debra Smith and to this union one child was born.
He is survived by his wife, Debra Flach of Monticello, KY; one daughter, Tabitha Chism of Somerset, KY; one brother, Bobby Flach of Monticello, KY; and two sisters, Linda Askvig and Ida Kempton both of Monticello, KY.
He was a loving husband, father, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation: Tuesday, December 27th after 5 pm and Wednesday, December 28th after 8 am
Funeral Service: Wednesday, December 28th at 1:00 pm
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
