Obituary
Edna Mandy Harris was born July 17, 1920 and departed this life March 23, 2008 reaching the age of 87 years. She was the daughter of the late Obie Turner and Myrtle McCutchen Turner.
She married Jack Harris on September 24, 1938 and to this union five children were born.
She is survived by: five children- Carl Ray (Joyce) Harris, Glenna (Junior) Tucker, Bill (Glenna) Harris, Linda Garner, and Curtis (Carolyn) Harris, 13 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister- Bessie Stockton Decker; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Jack Harris, four brothers- James, Cecil, Pete, and Ovie Turner, one sister- Eula Cooper, 2 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren
She was a loving mother, grandmother, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation: Monday, March 24th after 5 pm
Funeral Service: Tuesday, March 25th at 1 pm
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
