She is survived by:
One daughter, Charolette Austin, a sister- Erma Barnett Yancey, one grandson- James Austin; and a local niece, Janet Bell.
She was preceded in death by her parents- Loren and Rose Barnes; her husband- James Walter Price;and three brothers- Claude, Herbert, and Riley Barnes.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 20, 2017 between 11 am – 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will also be held Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Stop Cemetery.
