Edith Jones was born July 6, 1914 and departed this life January 1, 2004 reaching the age of 89. She was the daughter of James Doss and Julia Thornton Doss.
She was united in marriage to Odie Jones and to this union one child was born.
She is survived by three grandchildren – Forrest, Pam, and Sandy; one great grandchild – Allison.
She was preceded in death by her husband – Odie Jones; her son – Forrest Ray Jones; and her parents – James and Julia Doss; one great grandchild – Michael: six brothers – Fred, Sam, Russell, Obie, Lee, and Bobby Doss; five sisters – Mazie Chriswell, Effie Brumley, Bonnie Arthur, Ruby Crabtree, and Bernice Sexton.
She was a loving person who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
