Obituary
Edgar Lee Raines was born March 5th, 1920 in Wayne County, Kentucky and departed this life Sunday, January 26th, 2003, reaching the age of 82 years. He was the son of the late Tom Raines and Laurie Brewster Raines.
He was united in marriage to Carrie Jewell Doss Raines.
He is survived by one brother-Perry Raines of Monticello, KY, along with several relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Jewell Raines.
He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation: The family will receive friends after 5 PM on Monday, January 27th, 2003 in the chapel.
Funeral Service: The funeral service will be Tuesday, January 28th at 1 PM in the chapel of the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home.
Interment: Burial will follow in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
