Obituary
Earl Lewis Smith was born November 10, 1943 and departed this life Wednesday, June 18, 2009 reaching the age of 65 years. He was the son of the late Earl C. and Nettie (Kelly) Smith.
He is survived by: his wife, Grace Smith of Oneida, TN, 1 son, Eddie Smith of Ft. Campbell, KY, 3 daughters, Debbie Parmley of Oneida, TN, Melissa Smith of Corbin, KY, and Kim Giles of Corbin, KY, and 6 grandchildren. He is also survived by: 1 sister, Clarise Huffaker of Monticello, KY; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation: Saturday, June 20th after 11 am - Lockett's Chapel Fellowship Hall
Funeral Service: Saturday, June 20th at 2 pm - Lockett's Chapel Fellowship Hall
Interment: Lockett's Chapel Cemetery
