Douglas Eugene Gregory was born June 29th, 1938, and departed this life August 20th, 2006, reaching the age of 68 years. He was the son of the late Elmer "E.C." Gregory and Hazel Roberts Gregory.

He was united in marriage to Linda Frost Gregory on December 25th, 1969.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Gregory; one son Gene Gregory; one daughter, Stacy Gregory Neal and her husband Anthony; one brother, Roger E. Gregory and his wife Sharon of Monticello, KY; one sister, Kitty Gregory Arnold and her husband Dwain of Lascassas, TN; and several other family memebers.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Kathy Gregory; one sister, Shirley Watson; and a brother-in-law, Hoover Watson.

He was a member of the First Baptist Church and a member of Monticello Lodge #431 F.&A.M.

He was a loving husband, father, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.


Visitation: The family will receive friends after 5 PM on Tuesday, August 22, 2006.
