Doshia Evelyn Stinson was born April 16, 1921 and departed this life Friday, April 19, 2013 reaching the age of 92. She was the daughter of the late Keen and Liza Catron.

She was united in marriage to Willie Estil Stinson and to this union 4 children were born.

She is survived by: three children Clyde (Nina) Stinson, Clay (Emogene) Stinson, and Faye (Hobert) Brown; four grandchildren, Melinda Reel (husband Mike), Rhonda Ramsey (husband Jonathan), Kenny Stinson (wife Rhonda) and Ronnie Hancock; and eight great grandchildren, Jessica and Miranda Reel, LeAnn Ramsey, Gavin, Emily and Owen Stinson, Ridge and Riley Hancock. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, Keen and Liza Catron, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Willie Estil Stinson and daughter Jane Hancock.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 21, 2013 from 5 – 9 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 22, 2013 at 11 am at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home with Bro. Carly Tucker and Bro. Jimmy Decker officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
