Dorothy Morris was born February, 19th, 1918 and departed this life May 15th, 2005 reaching the age of 87 years. She was the daughter of Willie Savage and Maggie Crabtree Savage.

She was united in marriage to Virgil Morris and to this union five children were born.

She is survived by: three sons, Jr., Bill, & Freddie Morris of Monticello; one daughter, Barbara Morris of Monticello; 5 grandchildren, 10 step-grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 9 step-great grandchildren, and 24 nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Maggie Savage; her husband Virgil Morris; one daughter, Betty Morris; four sisters Grace Savage, Lucille Crabtree, Ruth Brummett, & Nell Flynn.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend who will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her.

Visitation: Tuesday, May 17 after 5 pm and Wednesday, May 18 after 8 am
Funeral Service: Wednesday, May 18 at 10 am
Interment: Green Betty Cemetery
