Donnie Kaye Hicks was born February 14, 1974 and departed this life Thursday, February 24, 2022 reaching the age of 48 years. He was the son of the late Clay and Helen Faye (Piercy) Hicks.

He is survived by: siblings, Shannon Sue Kennedy, Rachel Mae Wiles (Joseph), Sharon Rose Lowe (Elmer), Hollie Faye Dishman and Josh Hicks (Peggy); along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Clay and Helen Hicks, he was preceded in death by: his brother, Jimmy Clay Hicks; and one sister, Charlotte Rose Dishman.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Taylor's Grove Cemetery.
