Donald Ray "Duck" Meredith was born April 12 ^th , 1972 and departed this life on Friday, March 31, 2023, having reached the age of 50 years. He was the son of Maggie Mae (Shelton) Meredith and the late Obie Emerson Meredith.

He is survived by: ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­his mother, Maggie Mae Meredith; 1 brother, John Ted Meredith (wife Amber); 4 sisters, Mary Rose Bell, Mazie Troxell (husband Jimmy), Daisy Floyd (husband James), and Carolyn Moore (husband Eugene); his long-time girlfriend, Kim Wesley; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

His father, Obie Emerson Meredith precedes him in death.

He was a loving son, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 4 ^th , 2023, from 5-8pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 5 ^th , 2023, at 1pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mike Huckaby and Bro. Gordon Antle officiating.  Burial will be in the New Sandusky Cemetery.
