Obituary
Don Lankford "Red" Huffaker was born June 14, 1933 and departed this life March 15, 2004 reaching the age of 70 years. He was the son of Floyd "Dutch" Huffaker and Delia Bates Huffaker.
He was united in marriage to Betty Upchurch on November 30, 1957and to this union two children were born.
He is survived by his wife, Betty; two daughters, Donna Blevins and Priscilla Schwartz; 2 grandchildren, Yassmin and Kolby Blevins; two brothers, John and Bill Huffaker; three sisters, Vivian Smith, Pauline Kutche'and Doris Perdue; special brother-in-law, Bob Upchurch; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by parents, Dutch and Delia Huffaker; three brothers, Jack, Melwood and Noel Huffaker; and two sisters, Eva Leach and Jean Huffaker.
He served in the U.S. Army and retired from the U.S. Post Office.
He was a loving husband, daddy, poppy, brother, uncle, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation: Wednesday, March 17 after 5 PM in the funeral home chapel.
Funeral Service: Thursday, March 18 at 10 AM in the funeral home chapel.
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
