DeWayne "Dee" W. Dishman was born March 13, 1966 and departed this life Sunday, November 7, 2021 reaching the age of 55 years. He was the son of the late Neacie Dishman.

He is survived by: his wife, Virginia Dishman; one son, Derek Dishman; one daughter, Ashley Dishman; and one grandchild, Brooklyn Ford. He is also survived by: two brothers, Gerald Dishman and Tracy Dishman; and one sister, Peggy Dishman; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by: one brother, James Dishman; and one sister, Caroline Kidd.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Hicks Cemetery.
