Dennis Piercy was born January 3, 1953 and departed this life Monday, February 25, 2019 reaching the age of 66 years. He was the son of the late James Oral and Maxine (Bridgeman) Piercy.

He married Wanda Lee and to this union four children were born.

He is survived by: his wife, Wanda Piercy; two sons, Waylon Piercy and Justin Kay Piercy; two daughters, Amy Reagan and Chelsea Coffey; and 8 grandchildren.  He is also survived by: two brothers, Bob and Danny Gene Piercy; and three sisters, Carlene Massengale, Judy Cross, and Katy Webb; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, James and Maxine Piercy, he was preceded in death by one brother, Gale Piercy.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 28, 2019 between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Friday, March 1, 2019 at 10 am at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Taylor's Grove Cemetery.
