Delmer Guy Brumley

Delmer Brumley was born November 26, 1940, and departed this life Monday, August 10, 2026, reaching the age of 85 years. He was the son of the late John and Myrtle (Brown) Brumley.

He is survived by: three sons, Randy, Steve, and Jeff Brumley; and four daughters, Rose Morrow, Cindy Miller, Christy Brumley, and Laura Brumley; multitude of grandkids and great grandkids. He is also survived by: two brothers, Doug and William Brumley; along with a host of family and friends who mourn passing.

In addition to his parents, John and Myrtle Brumley, he was preceded in death by: two brother, Haywood Brumley and Tom Taylor; and one sister, Rebecca Brumley.

Delmer grew up on the farm and valued his family’s land; working it until the end. He enjoyed sitting on the porch and was an avid fisherman. He was a simple man who loved the simple life. He loved his dog, Red, and his family – they were everything to him.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

In keeping with Delmar’s wishes, there will be no public services.
