David Terry Upchurch was born October 20, 1947 and departed this life Sunday, September 20, 2015 reaching the age of 67 years. He was the son of the late Roscoe and Montie (Criswell) Upchurch.

He is survived by: his wife, June (Baker) Upchurch; Jansen Upchurch (LeeAnn Johnson) and Shane Upchurch (Stacie); step daughters, Karalee Burke (Ricky) and Janna Gregory; twelve grandchildren, LaShanda Denham, Kyle, Corey, Jacob, and Elijah Upchurch, Austin, Coby, and Jadon Conn, Ryan, Josh, Jared, and Zander Burke; and two great grandchildren, Camden and Ava Denham.

David is also survived by: four brothers, Earl Upchurch (Donnie) of Stearns, KY, Wade Upchurch (Jeanie) and Roscoe Upchurch, Jr. (Vickie) of Monticello, KY, and Mark Allen Upchurch (Sarndra) of Stanford, KY; and one sister, Lela Ann Davis (Roger) of Monticello, KY; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Roscoe and Montie Upchurch, he was preceded in death by: his 1st wife, Peggy Upchurch; one grandson Eric Upchurch; and two brothers, Jack Upchurch and John Ralph Upchurch.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 after 5 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 24, 2015 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
