DAVID KAY MILLER was born May 2, 1964 and departed this life April 2, 2007 reaching the age of 42 years. He was the son of the late Robert Miller and Flonnie Anderson Miller.

He is survived by his wife, Cindy Miller of Monticello, KY; one son, Jason Miller of Monticello, KY; two daughters, Amber Miller of Monticello, KY and Bridget Miller of Somerset, KY. He is also survived by one brother, Steve Miller of Somerset; KY; two sisters, Judy Rich of Burkesville, KY and Debbie Clan of Louisville, KY; an uncle, Ray Miller; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Flonnie Miller; one brother, Terry Miller; and one sister, Brenda Miller.

He was a loving husband, father, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
