Obituary
DAVID HALE FAIRCHILD was born October 30, 1929 and departed this life July 8, 2007 reaching the age of 77 years. He was the son of the late John Ellis "Bob" Fairchild and Stella Ball Fairchild.
He is survived by: two sons, Tony Fairchild and Clint both of Monticello, KY; three daughters, Linda Gregory of Mt. Vernon, KY, Melissa Dobbs of Albany, KY, and Gail Sharpe of Gaston, SC; five grandchildren, Angela (Randy) Blevins, Shannon (Jennifer) Peavie, Tyler Dobbs, Rebecca Fairchild, and Josh Crowley; and six great grandchildren, Mason, Allie, and Rachel Blevins, Lucas and Gracie Peavie, and Jackson Crowley. He is also survived by one sister, Nell Hughes of Monticello, KY; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Bob and Stella Fairchild; one daughter, Penny Fairchild; and one brother, Robert Gale Fairchild.
He was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation: Tuesday, July 10 after 5 pm
Funeral Service: Wednesday, July 11 at 2 pm
Interment: Old Sandusky
